SpecOps Fitness & Self Defense

SpecOps Fitness Training (S.O.F.T.) is a veteran owned fitness company that was founded in 2008 by Dennis Walters. After experiencing multiple fitness options, Dennis felt something was needed to fill the niche. So using his military background and fitness expertise, he decided to venture out on his own.

Feeling that fitness should be a lifestyle and that each workout should push you in ways you have never experienced before, he used his experience as a Special Forces Officer, International Adventure Racer, and Martial Arts instructor to make a new type of fitness. SpecOps is designed to be a functional workout program, providing mobile, affordable, and dynamic training that will influence every aspect of your life.

 S.O.F.T. offers a variety of programs:  self-defense seminars, intensity workouts, personal sessions, kettle bells, core & flexibility, team training, athlete training, and martial arts.  Everything is catered to the individual, and is for people of all ages and abilities. Along with this S.O.F.T. hosts a number of special events where groups get together for bike rides, hiking, back packing, map reading, and races. We’re also open to trying anything new that you suggest!

 S.O.F.T. has experienced trainers including men and women with a vast array of knowledge and skills to tailor instructor support for any person and group.”
